We have partnered with Ashley from Nel & Jo crafts to bring you an embroidery version of our “Chillin’ With My Gnomies” quilt pattern! Each embroidery gnome is made in a 6″ hoop and is patterened to look just like the quilted one! Ashley walks you through each step and technique so that even the most beginner embroidery artists can tackle it!
You can purchase the PDF pattern here and then head on over to Nel & Jo Crafts to pick out a kit or two! She has two color palette options! One is a pink and blue palette and the other is an orange and green palette. We are so excited about this new option to bring these cute gnomes into your home or to use as gifts!
A Note from Ashley:
“Chillin’ With My Gnomie” embroidery pattern is stitched in a 6” hoop on natural colored cotton. Stitches are made with 6 or 3 strands of floss. Stitches and colors are noted in the pattern and on the kit listings. You will begin by stitching the body of the gnome. Next, stitch the hat by making the basket weave, then the French knots. After that, stitch his nose, hands, and hat bobble. Next, stitch the beard. Finish by stitching the shoes. Be sure to follow the helpful hints to learn how to stitch each section. This pattern also comes with access to a full video tutorial (link is in the PDF).
