Returns & Exchanges

Digital Products: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for digital products. Once a digital product is purchased, it is considered non-returnable and non-refundable. We recommend reviewing product details and specifications carefully before making a digital product purchase.

Physical Products (Merchandise): We gladly accept returns for our physical merchandise. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. The item must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  2. The item must be in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, unused and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  3. You must include a copy of the original purchase receipt or packing slip with your return.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@modishquilter.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label if the return is due to an error on our end. If the return is for any other reason, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if available) and affix the provided return shipping label (if applicable).
  4. Drop off the package at [specified return drop-off location] or schedule a pickup with the designated courier.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges:

If you received a defective or incorrect item due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement item free of charge. Follow the same return process outlined above, indicating your desire for an exchange.
